Who we are

Pyaox BOGO & Buy X Get Y ("Pyaox", "the app", "we") is a Shopify app built by Pyaox that lets merchants run buy one get one, buy X get Y, spend threshold, and quantity gift promotions on their store.

What we collect and why

When a store installs the app, we store the following, all scoped to that store:

• The store domain and an API access token, so the app can operate inside the merchant's Shopify admin.
• Campaign settings the merchant creates (promotion type, selected collections, products, quantities, and limits).
• Messages a merchant sends us through the in-app contact form, including the email address they choose to provide.
• Order analytics limited to the order id, order total, currency, and which promotion type applied, so the merchant's dashboard can show how many orders and how much revenue their promotions generated.

What we do not collect

We do not store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping or billing addresses, or payment details. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing. We use order data only to show the merchant aggregate counts and totals.

Where data lives

The app and its database are hosted on Fly.io infrastructure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and retained only while the app is installed.

Deletion

We honor Shopify's privacy webhooks. When a customer data request or erasure request arrives, we respond within the required window; since we hold no customer personal data, there is typically nothing to return or erase. Within 48 hours of the app being uninstalled, Shopify sends a shop redact request and we delete all stored data for that store, including campaigns, contact messages, analytics, and access tokens.
